My family's favorite: oatmeal and zucchini variation - better than pizza!

Step 1: Prepare the zucchini

Grate the zucchini and place it in a colander.

Sprinkle a little salt on the grated zucchini and let it sit for 10 minutes. This will allow the excess juice to drain.

After 10 minutes, carefully press the grated zucchini to extract as much as possible.

Step 2: Mix the ingredients

In a bowl, mix the drained zucchini, oatmeal, grated cheese, eggs, pepper, and chopped chives.

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency. You will notice that the mixture will turn into a delicious cheesy mixture.

Step 3: Cooking to perfection

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).

Pour the zucchini mixture into an ovenproof dish and spread evenly.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the inside is perfectly cooked.

After 20 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and remove the lid. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
